Mimi Fontana is a fully certified Pilates Mat and Equipment Instructor based in New York City. She offers personalized one-on-one training customized for each individual. Meet your fitness goals with an alignment focused workout using mat, reformer, chair, cadillac/tower, TRX and other specialized equipment.
Programming is individually tailored to suit each client's goals and needs, and may incorporate injury rehabilitation and prevention, corrective exercise, pre/post-natal Pilates (diastisis and pelvic floor issues), mid-life fitness for women (osteopenia and osteoporosis), breathwork, and sports specific cross training.
